The majority of GeoScience’s projects are located in Kentucky and surrounding states, and we have also worked on special projects in Connecticut, Illinois and Virginia.
GeoScience primarily manages projects associated with petroleum releases, from the initial detection of a leak or spill, through the issuance of a “No Further Action” or closure letter, and the receipt of reimbursement (where applicable). We also have extensive experience in the remediation of dry cleaning facilities, surface spills, and vehicular accidents where fuels were released into the environment. Our project managers work closely with regulatory agencies to determine the most appropriate remedial technology and to minimize the time and cost required to complete the investigative and remedial processes. GeoScience utilizes sound scientific principles and proven methods in conjunction with new technologies to achieve the desired objectives of our clients.
GeoScience is a Petroleum Storage Tank Environmental Assurance Fund (PSTEAF) Eligible Company, which allows clients to be reimbursed for the cost of work that has been directed by the applicable implementing regulatory agency.
